30 day challenge

Alrighty, so I’ve hit a plateau that I cannot ger around. Time to kick it up a notch.

I’m starting back on ny exercise regime again full force. This afternoon I hit up Zumba on the Wii. Intermediate for 45 min.

I think I’ll track my measurements for the next 30 days and see how much of a difference it makes.

In these next 30 days im going to try to eat better too. For example, tonight the man is serving frozen burritos. Well, I’ll just have to make sure I don’t get all piggy. 😉

So lets see how much different Zumba can make me.

2 weeks post-delivery

I had my  week post-op appointment this morning.  I’ve officially dropped 30 lbs since delivery 😀

My Doctor said I’m still retaining fluid, so he wrote me another prescription for the diuretic plus one refil.  I’ll start that tomorrow.

I go back again on the 18th for another follow up and then I’m thinking my last visit will be 3 weeks after that when I hit 6 weeks post delivery.  Can’t wait to see how much more weight I can pee out!!!  😀

Diuretics = My best friend!

So, I’ve been taking this diuretic since Friday and when the first dose hit my system, I peed like no woman has ever peed before! It was life altering!!!!

I’ve got 3 more days left until its done. So for shits and giggles I decided to hop on the scale at home.

I’ve lost 28 lbs in 4 days????? WTF?

I am sooooooo looking forward to Friday to see how much more fluid I’ll lose 🙂 I can finally see my feet and ankles! No more swelling and they fit in my cute shoes again 🙂

Winning!!!!!

Drum roll please…

I took it easy for the past day and a half, headed in this morning for my 9:00 follow up at the Doctor’s office and. . .

127/84!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!

Not only that, but my blood test results came back with AWESOME numbers! Liver enzymes are well within normal range, no protein in my urine!! AND I lost 2lbs of water weight!

So, my OB said that whatever it was that I had been doing to continue. 🙂 Yay me! So, now I go back on Monday for my next weekly and I hope and pray that everything will be normal again!
